Cycletide terms of use
Cycletide is not available yet. This is the pre-release version of this document: it describes the app as it is built today, and it will be finalised before the app is released.
- Who We Are: Cycletide is provided by PT TECHNOLOGIES LLC (PT TECHNOLOGIES MCHJ), registered under STIR 313308723 in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, operating through its PT Health & Vital Care division.
- Age: You must be 13 or older to use Cycletide. If you are under 18, or under the age of majority where you live, please read these terms with a parent or guardian, and ask their permission before buying Lifetime Premium.
- Educational Purpose & Not Medical Care: Cycletide provides general information and estimates based on your personal logs. It does not diagnose, treat, or prevent any health condition, cannot confirm ovulation or pregnancy, and is strictly not a method of contraception. Never rely on app estimates to determine when unprotected sex is safe. Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare professional about your health, and call emergency services in an emergency. - Your Data & Responsibility: You retain full ownership of all data you record. Because your records reside locally on your device, you are responsible for exporting backups or enabling encrypted cloud backup before switching devices. We are not liable for loss of data stored only on your device, to the extent the law allows. If you use partner sharing, you choose what is shared and with whom; invite only people you trust, and remember they can keep copies of what they have seen.
- Free Features: The core tracking features are free and remain usable without payment, including after any trial ends.
- Lifetime Premium and the Trial: See the Purchase Terms.
- Acceptable Use: Do not reverse-engineer the app's paid features, interfere with its services, or use it unlawfully.
- Content: Health content is general information written from the sources it cites, and lists them. It may be updated or withdrawn as guidance changes.
- Changes and Availability: We may update the app. If we ever stop offering it, we will give reasonable notice where possible; your on-device records and export remain available in the installed app.
- Liability: Cycletide is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no promises about the app beyond those in these terms, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for the loss of records kept only on your device. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim relating to Cycletide is limited to the greater of what you paid for Cycletide in the 12 months before the claim and 50 US dollars. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud, and nothing takes away rights you have under the consumer protection laws where you live, including in Quebec.
