001About

The health division of PT Technologies.

PT Health & Vital Care builds health software that people can trust with the most personal information they have.

We started in 2026 as the fourth division of PT Technologies, alongside PT Academia, PT Theology and PT Entertainment, and we build for people everywhere. Our first area is menstrual and reproductive health: an area where good information is hard to find, where privacy matters more than almost anywhere else, and where many people still feel they cannot ask.

We make tools that help people understand their own bodies and arrive at a healthcare appointment better prepared. We do not replace that appointment. Everything we publish says where it comes from, and every estimate says that it is an estimate.

002Principles

Four settings that cannot be switched off.

They apply to every product this division ships, from the first version on.

  1. 01On

    Privacy by default

Health records are kept on the person's own device unless they turn on a feature that needs more, and each such feature asks separately. No accounts are needed to use our core tools.

    • No advertising SDKs
    • No sale of health data, ever
    • No health data in analytics or crash logs
  2. 02On

    Evidence you can check

We write from current guidance by bodies such as the WHO, the NHS, ACOG and the CDC. Each piece names its source, the date we checked it and the date it is due to be checked again.

    • Sources linked, not paraphrased away
    • Review status shown on every article
    • Outdated material is retired, not left up
  3. 03On

    Essential care stays free

Warning signs, urgent-care guidance, privacy controls and a person's own records are never behind a payment. Where we charge, it is a fair, clearly priced purchase with nothing hidden.

    • Safety information is free
    • Your data is yours to export or delete
    • No dark patterns at checkout
  4. 04On

    Honest about limits

Our tools explain and estimate. They do not diagnose, and they say so in plain words. We do not use AI chatbots to give health advice, and we do not invent certainty that the data cannot support.

    • Estimates are labelled as estimates
    • No diagnosis by app
    • Clear signposting to real care
003Areas of work

Where we work, starting with the areas that are least served.

Menstrual pain affects more than two in three women and girls, and heavy bleeding is common enough to be a leading cause of iron-deficiency anaemia, according to the World Health Organization. Many people still wait years to be taken seriously. That is where we begin.

  • Understanding cycles, periods, pain and bleeding: what is common, what is worth a conversation with a professional, and how to keep a record that makes that conversation easier.

004How we build

Health content goes through the same pipeline as code.

  1. 01

    Research

We start from primary and authoritative guidance, never from lifestyle blogs or social media claims.

  2. 02

    Write

Plain language, short sentences, and a source record for every article: organisation, link and date checked.

  3. 03

    Clinical review

A qualified clinician reviews wording, warnings and escalation advice. Until then, each piece is recorded as awaiting review.

  4. 04

    Publish

Content is versioned and ships inside the product, so it keeps working offline.

  5. 05

    Re-review

Every piece carries a next-review date. When guidance changes, we update it or take it down.
