Phasewell terms of use

Phasewell is not available yet. This is the pre-release version of this document: it describes the app as it is built today, and it will be finalised before the app is released.

  1. Who we are. The app is provided by PT TECHNOLOGIES LLC (PT TECHNOLOGIES MCHJ), STIR 313308723, Tashkent, Uzbekistan, through its PT Health & Vital Care division.
  2. Not medical care. The app provides general information and estimates calculated from what you record. It does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition, cannot confirm ovulation or pregnancy, and is not a method of contraception. Do not use its estimates to decide when unprotected sex is safe. Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare professional about your health, and call emergency services in an emergency. See the Medical Disclaimer.
  3. Your records. You own what you record. It is stored on your device; you are responsible for exporting it or enabling the encrypted backup before changing devices. We are not liable for loss of data stored only on your device, to the extent the law allows. If you use partner sharing, you choose what is shared and with whom; invite only people you trust, and remember they can keep copies of what they have seen.
  4. Free features. The core tracking features are free and remain usable without payment, including after any trial ends.
  5. Lifetime Premium and the trial. See the Purchase Terms.
  6. Acceptable use. Do not reverse-engineer the app's paid features, interfere with its services, or use it unlawfully.
  7. Content. Health content is general information written from the sources it cites, and lists them. It may be updated or withdrawn as guidance changes.
  8. Changes and availability. We may update the app. If we ever stop offering it, we will give reasonable notice where possible; your on-device records and export remain available in the installed app.
  9. Liability. Before Phasewell is released, this section will set out our liability in each region where it is offered. Rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded are not affected.
  10. Law. Laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan, without limiting mandatory consumer protections where you live.
