This website is run by PT TECHNOLOGIES LLC (ООО "PT TECHNOLOGIES", PT TECHNOLOGIES MCHJ), STIR 313308723, registered in Tashkent, Uzbekistan. PT Health & Vital Care is a division of PT Technologies. You can reach us at support@techatpt.com.

What this website does not do

• It sets no cookies and uses no browser storage.
• It has no analytics, advertising, tracking pixels or session recording.
• It does not ask for, and does not want, any health information.

What is processed when you visit

• Hosting. The site is served by Vercel. Like any web server, Vercel processes your IP address and the technical details of each request (such as the page asked for and your browser type) to deliver the page and protect the service. We do not use these logs to identify visitors.
• Fonts. The typeface (Rubik) is loaded from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google's servers, which receive your IP address and browser details.

The contact form

If you use the contact form, your name, email address, chosen topic and message are sent to the contact service of our company website, techatpt.com, which emails them to our team. That service does not store your message. It keeps the address of your connection in memory for up to one hour, only to limit how many messages can be sent from one connection. We keep the email we receive for as long as we need it to answer you and deal with any follow-up.

If the form cannot send, it offers to open your own email app instead. In that case, your message goes through your email provider like any other email.

Please do not send us personal health details. We cannot give individual medical advice by email.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete it by writing to support@techatpt.com. We will answer within 30 days.
